01Who May Use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to purchase or use the Services. By using them, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• The Duct Tape Theory™ — a free educational framework.
• The Duct Tape Audit™ — a paid, self-guided digital assessment you complete yourself. It is delivered digitally and does not include any private review, consultation, coaching, or custom plan.
• The Duct Tape Diagnostic™ — a separate paid service offered as described at the point of sale.

Product descriptions are provided for convenience. The Services are provided as described at the time of purchase.

03Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The Duct Tape Audit™ is a one-time payment of $47 unless otherwise stated at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and your purchase is also subject to their terms. We may change our prices, products, and offerings at any time; changes will not affect orders already completed.

04Digital Delivery & Access

Digital products are delivered electronically as soon as your payment is confirmed, and access details are also sent to the email address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and for checking your spam or promotions folders. Access is granted for your own personal or internal business use.

05Refunds

Because our digital products are delivered instantly and are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

06License & Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, or create derivative works from the products, frameworks, worksheets, or content without our prior written permission.

07Intellectual Property

All content — including the website, The Duct Tape Theory™, The Duct Tape Audit™, The Duct Tape Diagnostic™, and all related text, designs, graphics, logos, names, and marks — is owned by Jessica Lazer and Lazer Focused, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. "Duct Tape Theory," "Duct Tape Audit," "Duct Tape Diagnostic," and the Lazer Focused name and logo are our marks. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

08Educational Purpose & No Guarantee of Results

The Services are provided for general informational and educational purposes to help you assess and improve your own business systems. Every business is different. We make no guarantee that you will achieve any particular result, savings, revenue, time saved, or other outcome. Any figures or examples are illustrative and are not promises of results.

09Not Professional Advice

The Services do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and using them does not create a professional, advisory, or client relationship. You are responsible for your own business decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate. Unless you separately purchase a service that expressly includes it, your purchase does not include any personalized review, consultation, coaching, or custom plan.

You agree not to misuse the site or the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, infringing intellectual-property rights, reselling or sharing access, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

The site and checkout may rely on third-party tools, platforms, and payment processors, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

12Disclaimers

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lazer Focused, LLC and Jessica Lazer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenue, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lazer Focused, LLC and Jessica Lazer from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with any policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site and the Services.
