I'm a fixer at heart—always have been.
I started as a fitness professional, creating workout plans and training systems for thousands of clients. I learned early: sustainable results require proper infrastructure. You can't out-hustle a broken foundation—not in fitness, not in business.
Then I transitioned into business operations and saw the exact same pattern: smart, capable entrepreneurs running their companies on caffeine, chaos, and sheer willpower.
I see the gaps most people miss—not just in business systems, but in the way people burn themselves out building them.
I've been the overdelivering VA, the tech lead, the COO, and the mama juggling a whole lot of tabs (mentally and literally). And after spending years inside the guts of online businesses—launches, automations, backend chaos—I got tired of watching people duct-tape their dreams together.
That's why I created Lazer Focused—and later built Olive and the Whale—my own all-in-one system to simplify the tech, clean up the backend, and actually make the vision work.
I'm also a powerlifter who's completed an 82-pound transformation—not because I had extra time, but because I learned the hard way that you can't build a business on a body that's breaking down.
I lost everything 15 months ago and had to rebuild from scratch. That rebuild taught me: systems aren't enough. You need the capacity to execute on them.
That's why I don't just build systems for your business—I build businesses and bodies that refuse to quit.
These days, you'll find me either barefoot by the water or mapping out workflows from a porch in the mountains... usually with two wild boys who play rugby and compete in BJJ chasing lizards (or seagulls) nearby. Helping business owners fix what's broken, make it beautiful, and finally reclaim their time? That's my kind of joy.

xoxo,
Building a business isn't just about the strategy—it's about resilience, alignment, and learning how to make the backend work for you, not against you. I started Lazer Focused after spending years fixing broken systems and streamlining chaos behind the scenes for other people's businesses.
What began as a service built on operations and tech quickly grew into something more—because most entrepreneurs don't just need better systems. They need someone who can see the full picture, bring the vision to life, and handle what's holding them back.
Now, Lazer Focused offers premium consulting for entrepreneurs ready to scale with systems that actually work, Olive & the Whale for DIY automation, Pink Beluga Sites for custom link-in-bio hubs, and Thrive for performance infrastructure—because sustainable revenue requires sustainable you.
We're constantly evolving to meet the real needs of our clients—building out solutions, refining processes, and staying focused on what works.
Because when your systems are solid and your brand is clear, growth stops feeling heavy—and finally starts feeling right.
Two years ago, I was burnt out, broke, and stuck in a career that drained the life out of me.
I was working long hours, saying yes to everyone but myself, and trying to keep it all together—until I couldn’t anymore.
I walked away from the 9–5 with a deep desire to do things differently and two boys watching every move I made. I built a business from scratch by leaning into what I was naturally good at: fixing broken systems, simplifying chaos, and helping people move forward when they felt stuck.
But just when I thought I’d “made it”—I got pulled into someone else’s vision. I stepped into a high-pressure leadership role, thinking I could hold both dreams at once. What actually happened? I poured everything I had into their success and almost lost my own in the process. I stopped creating. I stopped growing. And I almost burned it all down… again.
The truth? I’m stubborn in the best way.
Tenacious. Scrappy. Built for comebacks.
I didn’t quit—I realigned.
I created Lazer Focused for the business owners who are tired of holding it all together behind the scenes. The ones who know they’re meant for more—but need real strategy and support to get there.
My superpower is helping ambitious women take the reins of their business without losing themselves in the process—creating systems, automations, and sustainable workflows that actually hold the weight.
